This Privacy Policy explains how Noor Shop & Ship ("Noor", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the Noor Shop & Ship mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Who We Are
Noor Shop & Ship is an independent personal shopping and international package forwarding service operated from Iraq. We act as a buying agent: we purchase items on your behalf from international stores and ship them to you in Iraq. We are not a reseller and are not affiliated with any retailer shown in the app.
2. Information We Collect
- Contact information — full name, phone number, and email address.
- Delivery information — shipping and delivery addresses.
- Payment information — wallet top-ups and payment details processed through our payment provider (ZainCash). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Order information — your shopping requests, cart items, purchase history, and order status.
- Device and usage data — device identifiers, app interactions, crash reports, and performance diagnostics.
- Photos — only if you choose to use the image search feature.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfill your shopping requests, orders, and deliveries.
- To communicate with you about your account, orders, and support requests.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To send notifications about order updates, payments, and (optionally) offers.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or misuse.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Shipping and delivery partners — to deliver your orders.
- Payment processors — ZainCash, to process wallet top-ups and payments.
- Technology service providers — such as Supabase (database hosting) and Firebase/Google (push notifications and crash reporting).
- Government or legal authorities — only when required by law.
5. Data Security
- SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit.
- Encryption and Row-Level Security (RLS) for data stored in our database.
- Restricted employee access on a need-to-know basis.
- Continuous monitoring to detect and respond to security incidents.
- Periodic security reviews of our systems.
6. Your Rights
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete your account and associated data, directly in the app via Profile → Delete Account, or by contacting us.
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, your profile, cart, orders, wallet balance, transactions, addresses, push tokens, and notification history are permanently removed. There is no soft delete or deactivation.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected such data, we will delete it immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will provide notice at least 30 days in advance through the app or by email. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.

توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية قيام نور شوب آند شيب ("نور"، "نحن"، "لنا") بجمع واستخدام ومشاركة وحماية معلوماتك الشخصية عند استخدامك لتطبيق نور شوب آند شيب والخدمات المرتبطة به ("الخدمة"). باستخدامك للخدمة، فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضحة في هذه السياسة.
1. من نحن
نور شوب آند شيب خدمة مستقلة للتسوق الشخصي والشحن الدولي تعمل من العراق. نعمل كوكيل شراء: نشتري المنتجات نيابةً عنك من المتاجر العالمية ونشحنها إليك في العراق. نحن لسنا بائعاً ولسنا تابعين لأي متجر يظهر في التطبيق.
2. المعلومات التي نجمعها
- معلومات الاتصال — الاسم الكامل ورقم الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني.
- معلومات التوصيل — عناوين الشحن والتوصيل.
- معلومات الدفع — عمليات شحن المحفظة وتفاصيل الدفع التي تتم معالجتها عبر مزود الدفع (زين كاش). لا نخزّن أرقام البطاقات الكاملة على خوادمنا.
- معلومات الطلب — طلبات الشراء وعناصر السلة وسجل المشتريات وحالة الطلب.
- بيانات الجهاز والاستخدام — معرّفات الجهاز وتفاعلات التطبيق وتقارير الأعطال وبيانات الأداء.
- الصور — فقط في حال استخدامك لميزة البحث بالصورة.
3. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك
- لمعالجة وتنفيذ طلبات الشراء والطلبات وعمليات التوصيل.
- للتواصل معك بشأن حسابك وطلباتك وطلبات الدعم.
- لتشغيل الخدمة وصيانتها وتحسينها.
- لإرسال إشعارات حول تحديثات الطلبات والمدفوعات والعروض (اختياري).
- لاكتشاف ومنع والتحقيق في الاحتيال أو إساءة الاستخدام.
- للامتثال للالتزامات القانونية والتنظيمية.
4. كيف نشارك معلوماتك
نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. نشارك المعلومات فقط مع:
- شركاء الشحن والتوصيل — لتوصيل طلباتك.
- معالجات الدفع — زين كاش، لمعالجة شحن المحفظة والمدفوعات.
- مزودي الخدمات التقنية — مثل Supabase (استضافة قاعدة البيانات) وFirebase/جوجل (الإشعارات الفورية وتقارير الأعطال).
- الجهات الحكومية أو القانونية — فقط عند الاقتضاء بموجب القانون.
5. أمان البيانات
- تشفير SSL/TLS للبيانات أثناء النقل.
- التشفير والأمان على مستوى الصفوف (RLS) للبيانات المخزّنة في قاعدة بياناتنا.
- وصول محدود للموظفين على أساس الحاجة للمعرفة.
- مراقبة مستمرة لاكتشاف الحوادث الأمنية والاستجابة لها.
- مراجعات أمنية دورية لأنظمتنا.
6. حقوقك
- الوصول إلى المعلومات الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها عنك.
- تصحيح المعلومات غير الدقيقة أو غير المكتملة.
- حذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به مباشرةً في التطبيق عبر الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب، أو بالتواصل معنا.
- إلغاء الاشتراك في الرسائل التسويقية في أي وقت.
7. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
نحتفظ بمعلوماتك طالما كان حسابك نشطاً أو حسب الحاجة لتقديم الخدمة. عند حذف حسابك، تتم إزالة ملفك الشخصي وسلتك وطلباتك ورصيد محفظتك ومعاملاتك وعناوينك ورموز الإشعارات وسجل الإشعارات بشكل دائم. لا يوجد حذف مؤقت أو تعطيل.
8. خصوصية الأطفال
الخدمة غير موجهة للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً. نحن لا نجمع عمداً معلومات شخصية من الأطفال دون 13 عاماً. إذا اكتشفنا أننا جمعنا مثل هذه البيانات، سنحذفها فوراً.
9. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من وقت لآخر. بالنسبة للتغييرات الجوهرية، سنقدم إشعاراً قبل 30 يوماً على الأقل عبر التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني. يعكس تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه أحدث مراجعة.
